A beautiful mind (movie response)

An old saying goes in China that if the God distribute a significant assignment to some person, the person has to suffer from the tough challenge in physical and mind to improve himself and then he can be great. I believe it more when I watched the movie whose name is a beautiful mind.
The hero of the movie, John Nash, is such a man whose life is full of frustration. His talent in mathematics is exposed at his fourteen. Later, he attends Princeton University as a scholar of Carnegie Fellowship which is only given to two best freshmen. However, since he attends the university, he never has a class there. He is addicted to creating his original theory which we call Gametheory today in library. Though he fails for many times, he succeeds with amazing effort before he graduates. Because of his breakthrough, he stands out among so many excellent candidates who want join the Wheeler Institute. Five years later, he became a leader in Institute. One day, he is taken a Secret Base to decode the sign from Russian. He begins his work day and night. Afterwards, he met a beautiful and smart girl named Alicia. They fell in love and got married soon. Unfortunately, some days later, Nash is diagnosed as schizophrenia, and it is no doubt that Alicia is shocked. And then, she knows that Charles Hermann, the best friend her husband mentions doesn’t exist at all. Nor do two more persons. How terrible it is. What impresses me is that when Alicia knows the fact, she cares her husband more, even though once he hardly drowns their only child, and she has to work overtime to make money for supporting the family. She sticks to care for Nash, no matter how difficult it is. Thanks God, under the care of Alicia, Nash recoveries gradually, and he rewards Noble Prize in Economics in 1994 because of his contribution to the society.
Nash is the luckiest man in the world and he is the most unlucky one as well. He is lucky because he marries such a beautiful and kind girl who, I think, gives him the second life. However, few people can understand his suffering from schizophrenia. As such, he is a fighter who never gives in to density and his wife is his support which will never fall down. So he wins the battle and becomes a success one more time.
In my opinion, the willingness of Nash and the beautiful mind of Alicia are what we should learn and also what impress us. I admire them very much, I believe if you watch so excellent movie, you are sure to be moved and learn many things.

  2. Dear Shuwen

This movie is an inspiration for many trying to grasp the full meaning of the persistence of determination, with love as the much needed backing and support to overcome what could be regarded as impossible.

"The greatest of these is love"
