What does a man need to be successful?

Do all men need to be successful?Does the successful means money carried by lorries,flying higher than all the birds in the sky?Do you think a wealthy person without the mercy showed for the poor is a successful person?
I think what a successful person first need is morality.Person without morality can't be totally succesful,he can't achieve a high goal.
Surely a successful person need to have ambition.He must willing to suffer more,but a anchoretic heart which is less eager for materiality but more morality inside.
Personally I think happiness,satisfaction of inner part are vital parts of success.
