I am always saying that I like to learn English, and there are surely some reasons for it.
I started learning English when I was eleven years old .During these years’ English studying, I have built up my vocabulary, sharpened my English communication skills and gained knowledge about grammars, idioms and so on. That’s really an exciting process to see my progress. Gradually, I became fond of English and was engaged in learning it.
There is no doubt that acquiring new knowledge can bring us great satisfaction. In addition, on my part of view, learning a second language is most unique. Because it enables us to feel the power of words in a different way. On account of this, not only does it give me contention of learning, but also broaden my horizon and motive me to read in English. Therefore I was introduced to the gate of splendid English works and enjoyed myself very much by reading those fantastic stories.
Although learning written English is a tough job, oral English is even more difficult. Sometimes I was so desperate that I thought no matter how hard I tried , I would never speak like a native speaker. But my teacher advised me to listen more. So I did as she said, and soon found great interest in it. I realized how beautiful English was and eventually felt like listening and speaking English.
In conclusion, I like to learn English because it enriches my brain , gets me involved in reading and its pronunciation and intonation are very wonderful to me.
